Then it takes 8 min 19 s to reach Earth, passing Mercury and Venus at their real light travel times, and ends up aimed at your pupil. Built in Remotion with no stock footage and no images. Everything is drawn in code. The soundtrack is synthesised from scratch by a Node script that reads the same bounce data as the animation, so every bounce you see is a click you hear.
